Ryan started his social media journey over the past few years. Growing up, he wasn’t the fittest and was of average build. Hence, he started working out at the age of 16 and continues to hit the gym actively as of now.
He began posting short videos on Instagram and Tiktok while uploaded long format content on YouTube. He shared his workout routine through long videos on YouTube but the videos didn’t perform well.
