Her parents are Glen and Yael Finkel. Her mother, Yael, is of Israeli roots and is an online nutritional coach based in Cape Town.
She has sisters named Brady and Ashton Finkel. Her sister, Brady, competed in CrossFit alongside Reegan multiple times.
She showcased her boyfriend Ronan Siebert on her social media handle multiple times.
Growing up, she wanted to become a movie actress. In fact, she made two acting appearances in 2019 namely Camp Getaway and The House on Seahorse Bay per IMDb. However, her experience in the fitness and health industry made her pivot to content creation.
She enrolled in a university for higher education but dropped out midway.
Her LinkedIn handle suggests that she began working as a full-time Personal Trainer at Chalk Fitness in March 2025.
CrossFit Journey
Reegan got into CrossFit because of her father who forced Reegan and her siblings to compete in it. As a result, she competed in CrossFit every year since the age of 16 until the past year.
She first competed in the CrossFit Open in 2019 and was placed 8th in South Africa in the 16-17 age category. The next year, she was placed first in the same category and 57th overall in her country.
In 2021, she joined Cape CrossFit along with three other members including her sister Brady. They represented the notable Wolfpack team. In the CrossFit Open, they were positioned in third place.
In 2023, her team was placed 1st and 31st in the Africa Semifinals and the CrossFit Games respectively. The next year, she was placed 1st in the CrossFit Open Women’s category. Following that year, she is yet to compete in CrossFit till now.
Social Media Career
Reegan mentioned that she began consistently working out for the last eight years. Despite being active on social media for many years, she only began sharing fitness content in early 2026.
Initially, a few videos of her and her boyfriend working out in Bali went viral and helped her gain traction. Apart from fitness, she also stressed eating clean and shared her eating habits.
Her following across social media helped her earn sponsorships from notable brands such as GymShark, TEVEO, and Oner Active. On top of these, she offers paid 1:1 coaching to her followers.
